Kratown Shipping Policy

At Kratown, we strive to deliver your orders promptly, securely, and efficiently. Please review the following details regarding our shipping process, delivery times, and restrictions.

Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders placed after 5:00PM MST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping is offered at a flat rate of $5.95.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier disruptions or weather conditions.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily use USPS and UPS to deliver orders. Carrier selection will be based on delivery location and chosen shipping method.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to various state and local regulations, we are unable to ship Kratom products to the following locations:

  • States: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin
  • Cities/Counties: San Diego (CA), Oceanside (CA), Sarasota County (FL), Denver (CO), and Jerseyville (IL)

Orders placed to restricted locations will be canceled, and payments will be refunded. We strongly advise checking your local laws before purchasing.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping due to the complex legal status of Kratom in various countries. We ship exclusively within the United States.

Tracking and Delivery

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

If you experience any issues with tracking or have concerns about your delivery, feel free to contact our customer support team at kratownkratom@proton.me.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment confirmation or expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
